The Dare Institute is conducting a study to see how people reason about problems. We are asking anonymous participants to complete three instruments. The Helper-Person Problem instruments consists of five short one-paragraph vignettes. You will be asked to read the vignettes and answer a few multiple choice questions. This instrument will take about 15 minutes to complete. The Politician-Voter Instrument consists of 10 short one-paragraph vignettes. This instrument will take about 15-20 minutes to complete. The Short Laundry Instrument asks you to view a sequence of steps that will either lead to a piece of laundry being clean or dirty. After viewing the sequence, you are asked to predict whether a new sequence will lead to a piece of laundry being clean or dirty. This instrument will take about 15-20 minutes to complete.
We have included links to the surveys. The link that you click on will depend on what letter your last name begins with. You can begin the instruments and take a break at anytime. The instructions for doing this are included in the first instrument. Please take all of the instruments as the study is dealing with each participants performance across the instruments. You can finish one and come back to the others later, but please finish all of them. This study has been approved by the IRBs of Salem State University, Capella University IRB, University of Minho, Portugal.

Not the greatest constructed survey
The information is dull and thus not easily retained so would require going over the choices multiple times to get a reply that had genuine meaning.
Suggest you use bullets in future, much easier to digest, retain and refer back to. _________________ 'Time is the space between birth and death' by me. |
