Check these two links out, one is the scientific findings for Beta Glucan (found in porridge oats) and the other is a link to other known benefits of beta Glucan.

I have seen oat face packs before but hence forth will make my own 'porridge oat' face pack and will let you know if I note a reduction in wrinkles after a few weeks useage. Imagine if porridge is the 'miracle wrinkle cure' !

As an added benefit you can cook and eat the face pack afterwards and it will reduce your cholesterol.

haha, I did!

I made mask using oats, water (cooked then cooled) with tea spoon honey.

Effects thus far, skin tight and dry after application which is intended to be good for greasy skin, so definitely worked re the grease part!

Meanwhile, oats are also great for immune system apparrantly.
