There's an excellent text on NMR by Springer entitled "NMR for Scientists and Engineers".

Another question;

we know we define TMS as the original point. But I am notclear about what that means. All the spectra are on the left side of TMS. Is that means usually the frequency tend to be lower than that of TMS?

e.g. which need a higer B(applied magnetic field): benze ring or methyl group?
