This is nuclear power by destruction of a deuterium residue in an atom to yield copius numbers of neutrinos. It will work for deuterium itself as well as Li(6), B(10), N(14) and V(50). Much more power can be output than input. Half of the power output can be thrust and half heat. Alternately, all of the energy can be heat if submerged in water. Li(6) yields a Helium. B(10) yields two heliums. Air is one possible substrate; it contains 77% N(14).
