Is it possible to teach children away from school? What are the moral implications and do children need other children to become an adult along with that education? I've always wondered because I always thought that one day when I have kids that I may teach them at home depending on if school gets crueler. _________________ "Victory is in trying. Home education can be usefull, but when you "graduate" i think you will lack alot social skills and I think you will be very dependent on your parents. _________________ There is no I in team, but there is a me though if you juble it a bit.

| I think 99.9% of the time it's a bad idea. The content is usually not well-rounded, the parents generally won't understand the topic as well as the actual teachers, there can be bias in what is taught (evolution? I'm not teaching that. It's only a THEORY) not to mention robbing your child of social development and probably a good number of friendships. The list goes on and on |
