I'm new to the forum, just joined since a family member asked a question on here recently and seemed to get a good response. I had a poke around and enjoyed a few of the discussions, so I thought I'd sign up and participate.

Please don't take my 'mad' theories as truth as most of the time I'll be talking from my own logic to compensate for my limited knowledge.

I am from the UK and have little (if not no) scientific training beyond GCSE. I hope you'll appreciate it would be impossible to gain further training since relatively little time has gone by since then.

Regard me as a hobbyist if anything, as the main reason for joining is to join in the discussion for fun. For reference (depending when you read this message) I am roughly 16 years old.
