Has anyone ever heard of E = O to the power of 3? If so in what context?

This question resembles an entry in one of those fun parlor games called Numbers & Initials Puzzles. For example, what is

1001 = AN

The answer would be: 1001 Arabian Nights. Here's another:

88 = PK

This one is 88 piano keys. So you ask E = O3? I never heard this entry before. My guess is Exhaustion = Out Of Oxygen. Maybe someone has a better guess.

The Twilight Zone? (E = Evening = Twilight, O3 = Ozone.)

End = Out of Options?

I wonder if we're even on the right track. Maybe it isn't a puzzle after all. Razz
