you have to look at the electron donating/withdrawing effect of the nitrogen atoms in each case, and then see how this will effect the electronegativity of the O---H bond in the pheol to see the acidity

Do people ever learn not to just post homework questions and expect to get full answers. At least try and do your organic chem homework yourself, and when you don't understand an aspect of the theory ask a question, but don't expect homework to be done for you.
