Seeking help need assistance in obtaining the FLT Metabolite: FLT-Glucuronide. We need to perform a digest to replicate the metabolism of FLT into FLT Glucuronide. We have human liver microsomes available, would these resources be sufficent to produce the Glucuronide? How do we change FLT into FLT Glucoronide???????
