A humvee with missile can destroy a main battle tank at a long range, so in some situation being the first to detect the other or avoiding detection is key. Also whats the point of being in a tank if a unmanned reconaissance drone fitted with a missile can blow you away.

Avoiding detection from air surveillance appears to be quite valuable.

I wonder what means besides hidding beneath an overpass or really camouflaging your vehicle (heap of garbage or scrap metal) could be found to conceal someone from arial observation.

For a motorcycle(lets say it carries an anti-tank missile), a greyish-sand colored camo net(or green in grass areas) over a small tent armature fixed to the motorcycle might be very outlandish and ridiculous-looking for bystanders but might be harder to detect for enemies at long ranges or for arial drones? From an arial observer you might be camouflaging/mimimizing the shadow which is the easiest thing to spot imo no matter how camouflaged the color your vehicle is.

During WW2, anti-sub planes had an array of lights on the wings to blend the luminosity of the plane with the background, it seams soemthing similar might be usefull in bright daytime when a very dark shadow sticks uot like a sore thumb.

Any thoughts?

Well it seems the big if here is.......

The motorcycle being concealed, and carry a anti-tank missle.

If it ran cool, and did not stir up any dust, maybe!

But the main battle tank, has infrared sights and higher power optics. Any heat from a camouflaged vehicle would be seen on the ground or from the sky.

good point.

I'd hate to be a human in the fictional Terminator universe where machines have robotic tanks (with what appears to be huge optics arrays)and Hunter VTOL flying around with infrared while humans have virtually nothing but small arms, thats an uphill battle.

Besides, this kind of an addon to a motorcycle will limit gr8ly the manuvarability
of the motorcycle, and if it be detected by enemy forces.. well, good luck mr. motorcyle man Twisted Evil

the tank should let out a high power emp pulse to knock out the drone's camera. i dont know if it is possible, but instead of camo, you could just knock out the eyes that are spying on you.
