according to New Scientist you're more likely to walk under a bus when on your mobile phone : Cellphone chat on the hoof may be bad for your health _________________ if you find this place too crowded or too confrontational, how about trying Philosophorum,

But if you walk under the bus, help comes quicker with a mobile phone.
Since almost everyone has a mobile phone, the call to the emergency telephone number is done under a minute. But if anyone wouldn't have a mobile phone and an accident would happen, the call would be hard to make. You would have to look for a phone booth, or go to the nearest store or house to ask a telephone. That could take some time. And when someone is dying, every minute counts. |
